He has one sister called Maya Boyce. He lives in Los Angeles with his mom, dad, sister and his dog name Cienna. Cameron attends Sherman Oaks Center School.

He stars his career in 2007 as a model for Disney Channel then he appears in movies and commercials. He actually acts in "Jessie" from Disney channel as Luke Ross. His fandom is called "thanators"
